Peter Johnstone International Organ Quartet

A new all-star line-up featuring Joe Locke (Vibes), Tommy Smith (Tenor), and Alyn Cosker (Drums). The Quartet toured the UK in 2024 including a sell-out show at Ronnie Scott's. After the tour they went into the studio to record Peter's debut album as a leader. The album is set for release in summer 2025 along with a UK tour - dates to announced soon.

Harben Kay Quartet

One of the most exciting tenor voices to emerge in the UK recently Harben's quartet featuring Peter Johnstone(piano), Calum Gourlay (Double Bass) and Alyn Cosker (Drums) received glowing reviews for their first album "Golden Sands" and has just recorded the second album which is due for release in 2025.

Peter Johnstone Trio

Featuring long-time partners Brodie Jarvie (bass) and Stephen Henderson (Drums) this trio has recorded several albums which have yet to be released. The trio plays contemporary jazz compositions by Peter as well as ground-breaking arrangements of classical works inspired by Peter's doctoral studies of romantic music and contemporary jazz.

Peter Johnstone/Andy Middleton Trio

This trio features a long time partnership between Peter and Andy alongside drummer Stephen Henderson. Based in Vienna, Andy is one of the foremost tenor saxophonists in Europe and brings many wonderful musical compositions and ideas to the band. The trio toured and recorded in 2024 and plans to release their debut album in 2025.

Prime Trio

A collaborative trio with guitarist Kevin Mackenzie and drummer Doug Hough. The band released their debut album in 2021 and are due to record a second album later this year - updates to follow.
